The European university EUNICE defines its course for the next five years
Representatives from the ten partner universities met on October 20 in Brussels as part of the work to define the long-term project.
A decisive meeting for the future of the Alliance
Representatives of the ten EUNICE European partner universities met in Brussels on October 20 to work on the new proposal that will allow the continuation of the project for another four years as well as the implementation of EUNICE initiatives in a total of ten countries.
The European Union, through the European Commission, has launched a new call to support the further implementation of the European Universities Initiative, to which EUNICE intends to apply. With a long-term strategy defined and the recent integration of three new partners, this application will secure funding until 2027, thus ensuring the sustainability of the project and strengthening the competitiveness of this European University.
The Roll-Out Committee members met in Brussels.
The meeting was chaired by Vice-Rector for International Relations of Poznan University of Technology (PUT) Paweł Śniatała, coordinator of the EUNICE consortium, and the session was opened by Iwona Jablonska, project officer responsible for the EUNICE consortium at the European Commission.
This committee of EUNICE representatives has been meeting regularly since this summer with the aim of developing the basis for a new application that aims to further energize the partner universities in key areas such as internships, joint research, mobility, internationalization and personalized education. The proposal will be submitted in January 2023.
