The UPHF joins Services Publics +
The Public Services + program, which is one of the three priority reforms carried by the Minister of Public Service Transformation, is being deployed throughout the country and will now involve Higher Education and Research.
La réforme
Cette réforme engage l’ensemble des services publics dans un programme d’amélioration continue de leurs relations avec les usagers et vise à promouvoir une action publique plus proche, plus simple et plus efficace autour de 8 engagements.
The reform
This reform commits all public services to a continuous improvement program of their relations with users and aims to promote closer, simpler and more efficient public action around 9 commitments.
Highly involved for several years in a quality of service approach to its users, UPHF, an experimental institution, has decided to join a group of "pilot" institutions, drivers in this approach (the two other pilot institutions are UNISTRA and the University of Lille).
In this framework, our university will be able to highlight and promote the effectiveness and diversity of the actions implemented in its relationship with its students and will benefit from a specific support from the Ministry of Higher Education and Research.
This role will allow us to deepen our commitments in accordance with the SP+ program and to share our experience with other institutions wishing to join this dynamic of public transformation.
