In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), your personal data is processed by the President of the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, for the performance of a public interest mission within the meaning of the RGPD.

These data are collected to enable the analysis of applications by the commissions for the examination of wishes for training courses (bachelor's degree, DEUST, BUT) of the institutes (INSA-HdF, ISH, IUT) of the UPHF within the strict framework of the modalities and criteria for the pedagogical examination of the wishes that they have determined.

The data relating to the analysis of wishes (applicant's academic background, data relating to schooling, ...) may come from the automated processing called "Parcoursup" (see Order of March 28, 2018 authorizing the implementation of an automated processing of personal data called "Parcoursup") and from the applicants during any interviews.

The information collected is kept for a period of two months from the notification of the final admission decision.

The recipients of this data are the wish review committees and authorized administrative agents.
