The Academic Ombudsman
The academy has set up mediators to serve university users and staff
In case of persistent conflict with the administrations of the Ministry of National Education and Higher Education, when the dialogue is broken, parents, students, teachers or administrative and technical staff, can appeal to the mediator, in order to find an amicable solution.
Examples:
- no response to a request or unsatisfactory response,
- inability to obtain the information you seek,
- disagreement over a career path, conflict, compensation...
The mediator of the National Education and Higher Education has a mission of listening and advising. He intervenes with the services to best resolve the situations presented.
