The Laboratoire d'Automatique, de Mécanique et d'Informatique industrielles et Humaines, LAMIH UMR CNRS 8201, has been conducting research on disability for over 15 years.
In January 2020, LAMIH created the transversal axis Human Mobility and Disability (MH2) with the aim of addressing societal challenges related to:
- The fall of the elderly
- The wheelchair, communication and navigation aids
- Robotic orthotics
After a general public symposium in 2021, the LAMIH-MH2 is partnering this year with the Pôle de Recherche et d'Innovation en Mobilité et Handicap (PRIMOH) for the PRIMOH-MH2 2022 Meetings.
These meetings will be held on December 1 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Lille Grand Palais as part of the Autonomic Lille Europe Exhibition.
The PRIMOH-MH2 Meetings propose 2 sessions:
- The Wheelchair and the City: what's up?
- Research and Disability: and you in all this?
Two projects led by the LAMIH will be particularly honored: the STIMulE SAMDI project coordinated by Dr. Sophie Lepreux, the Interreg ParkinsonCom project coordinated by Professor Kathia Oliveira.
Registration to the PRIMOH-MH2 Meetings is free and mandatory. The number of places is limited.
