Whether you are an individual or a company, supporting the Foundation financially is:

Individuals

For French tax residents subject to Income Tax, the law of August 1, 2003 grants an income tax reduction of 66% of the amounts paid, withheld within the annual limit of 20% of your taxable income. If the 20% limit is exceeded, the benefit of the reduction can be carried forward to the next 5 years.

Your patronage donation of €1,000 therefore comes to only €340 after income tax benefits. These items are governed by Article 200 of the General Tax Code. A tax receipt will be sent to you in accordance with the General Tax Code upon receipt of your donation.

Companies or corporations

Also under the law of August 1, 2003, the tax reduction is equal to 60% of the amount of the donation, and retained within the limit of 0.5‰ of the annual turnover, with the possibility, in case of exceeding this ceiling, to carry forward the excess in respect of the next 5 years. These items are governed by Article 238bis of the General Tax Code. You will be sent a tax receipt in accordance with the General Tax Code upon receipt of your donation.
