You registered in calendar year N in the 1st year of your thesis.
- 1st case: if your 1st registration took place before December 31 of calendar year N, you must have obtained a favorable opinion from the Individual Follow-up Committee (ISC) before applying for registration in 2nd year in calendar year N+1.
