The Engagement(s) Symposium is the first edition of the CNFG Meetings. The principle and theme were agreed upon at the 2021 Commissions Day. The CNFG Meetings are both heirs to the Geographic Days and are an extension of the dynamics impelled by the organization of the IGU Paris 2022 International Congress.
The ambition is to propose, upon proposal of the CNFG Commissions, a common place and time of meeting for all geographers by bringing them together every two years around strong, cross-cutting themes.
