The competition that combines culture and research!
Created in the framework of Mons 2015, European Capital of Culture, the "Show your PhD" competition offers a platform for the cultural expression of science.
This competition is an opportunity for all scientists to put their artistic sensitivity at the service of science. The concept is VERY simple: you tell, show, draw, film, photograph, choreograph, sound, ... your PhD subject through the artistic medium of your choice.
A jury will choose its favourite creation, which will receive the Show your PhD 2023 prize.
Registration
The competition concerns all people registered for a Ph.D. thesis in the organizing universities and other partner universities in EUNICE, who have not yet defended their thesis on June 13, 2023.
To register for the "Show your PhD" competition, please complete the registration form, specifying the subject of your thesis and the format you wish to use (photo, video, audio, artwork, other (please specify)).
The deadline for registration is 02/06/2023.
A draft of the work in the form of a video clip or any other document describing your performance must be produced and sent before midnight on 02/06/2023 to mardideschercheurs [at] uphf.fr (rules of the competition can be downloaded).
