Incoming Staff with the Erasmus+ Program

The Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France welcomes staff from partner institutions for teaching and staff training mobility under the Erasmus+ Program.

General Information

The Erasmus+ Program enables academic and administrative staff to carry out a period of teaching or training within a partner institution or an enterprise in Europe.

To be able to realize a mobility, your sending institution needs to hold a valid Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement with us. If not, UPHF International Relations Office is open to discussion with your IRO institution in order to create an Erasmus+ agreement before your mobility.

Staff undertaking a mobility at UPHF (or any other institution) need to respect the rules from Erasmus+ which are:

  • Duration of the mobility: at least 2 working days (for Program countries) / 5 days (for Partner countries), for either teaching or training.
  • For teaching mobility, you need to deliver 8 hours of teaching minimum.

How to apply?

The International Relations Office of your home university will provide you with the necessary information (application procedure, funding, etc).

If you are interested in completing a teaching mobility in our institution, please contact the International Relations Coordinator from the appropriate Faculty:
