Regular registration covers two papers (regular or open invited track proposal) and student registration covers a single paper.

Virtual attendance registration includes
- Access to the paper through a dedicated website
- Access to both the live streaming of the physical session and virtual sessions
A participation without contribution gives a full access to the online event.
Please note that registration fees are expressed in euros as a requirement of the payment registration procedure and eventual bank charges are at the expense of the participant.
Student registration requires that the author has the "student" status at the time of the registration.

The payment should be done by credit card.
Remark: for French participants the classical “bon de commande” are also accepted.
Covid cancelation policy
In the unfortunate event that the physical meeting cannot be held due to either health regulations deceided by either the French government, the Region or the University Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, the Physical attendance registration would be converted to virtual attendance registration and the registration extra cost would be reimbursed.
In the unfortunate case that the physical meeting can be held but some participants would not be able to attend due to health regulation in his own country, his face to face registration would be converted to a virtual one upon request at least one week before the conference.
